Our experience was tainted by numerous issues. The staff was largely unresponsive, especially when we asked for help with the loud music that ruined our rooftop experience. The room was in poor condition, with an air conditioner that barely worked, making our stay uncomfortable. It felt disappointing that such a nice location had so many shortcomings.
